The hotel was conveniently located near the ferry drop off, making it easy to access. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for sightseeing and beach options. the breakfast, although initially lacking variety, improved significantly on the second day.
The WiFi in the room was poor, but better when accessed downstairs. Another downside was the humidity in the rooms.

The rooms at Hotel Minoa are fantastic! They are all air-conditioned and have beautiful views of either the garden or the Aegean Sea from the furnished balcony. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are equipped with everything you need, like a refrigerator and a flat-screen television. The private bathrooms are clean and have complimentary toiletries. As a family, we felt right at home in these cozy rooms.
I personally found the built-in beds in the rooms to be a bit uncomfortable. But hey, that's just me!

The hotel is located right by the water at the point where the ferries come in, making it incredibly convenient for us to explore the smaller islands. It's also easy to get to from the ferries, which was a big plus after a long day of traveling. the hotel is very close to the small but busy port, so we were able to easily find restaurants, shops, and bars to explore at night.
The shower curtain in the bathroom was an umbrella type that clings to you when wet. While it was a minor inconvenience, it didn't really impact our overall experience at the hotel.

The location of this hotel was excellent, right by the harbor which made it convenient for catching ferries and exploring the shops and bars nearby. We loved being able to wander around the bustling area and soak in the colorful atmosphere. The view from our room was stunning, with a balcony overlooking the beautiful harbor. It was the perfect spot to relax and watch the world go by. the homemade cakes served at the hotel were absolutely addictive. We couldn't resist indulging in these tasty treats during our stay.
That the windows in our room had no shutters. This meant that the light from outside streamed into the room early in the morning, making it difficult to sleep in.
